Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing the General Accounts related tasks such as Preparing Ledger, Cashbook, Payroll, Record of Cash transactions, Trial Balance, Receipts & Payment Summary, and Bank related activities.
∎ Preparing Fund Requisition, Collection, and Disbursement for project operation.Checking, verifying, processing, and summarizing all supplier invoices for payment daily.
∎ Preparing weekly and monthly accounts reports.
∎ Coordination with head office Accounts Department and reconciliation of accounts.
