Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information and Communications Technology/ Statistics from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Application Development and Database Design: Coordinate with researchers to understand the requirements/data needs and process-flow of the projects; Finalize the process-flow/programming logic for each problem; Design database in SQLite, SQL Server and MySql and develop program in Android, Angular, .Net, Web API and JavaScript framework for the project; Update application according to the new requirements; Share data with researcher according to their needs; Prepare detailed technical document of the design; Setup production environment and perform back-end administrative tasks in order to utilize those software as per need of the department.
∎ Technical Support: Train up the users on usage of software application and data capture devices; Collect feedback from users on existing programs for any changes required and make necessary changes; Install newly developed application/s into the devices; Provide continuous support for user queries on the field; Provide required technical training to ensure smooth operation and continual improvement for the end users.
∎ Application Testing: Setup test environment and conduct trial tests to check for robustness of the program and check for accuracy; Check data inconsistency according to the requirements and logic; Prepare report highlighting the errors and correct the errors found in order to make error-free programs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 years of experience in software development domain. Preference will be given to the candidates having experience of developing application in Android/Angular platform and .net using Sql Server, MySql and Sqlite database.

Salary:
∎ Annual Tk. 712,710/ -inclusive of house rent and conveyance allowances and other admissible benefits.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 14.8% provident fund contribution, income tax paid by icddr,b, children allowance @Tk.1,917/- per child per month, festival bonus, contributory healthcare support including dependent spouse and children, group life insurance and subsidized canteen. Transport and daycare facilities are subject to space availability.
