Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct household survey to find out potential beneficiaries.
∎ Identify and select the beneficiaries for programme as per operational guidelines.
∎ Enroll about 300 - 350 beneficiaries to make an optimum personal portfolio.
∎ Form Samity having around 25-30 beneficiaries in each samity.
∎ Organize weekly Samity meeting on regular basis.
∎ Motivate and orient families / beneficiaries on programme activities and duties & responsibilities of a member / borrower.
∎ Collect weekly savings from the group members and ensure necessary documentation as per organization rules and procedure.
∎ Verify the proposed loan proposal and borrower's capability to sanction loan before disbursement.
∎ Collect installment from borrowers and deposit the money to office with proper documents.
∎ Follow up on the borrowers performance and make sure that overdue amount remains at the minimum level
∎ Under take necessary actions for proper utilization of money (selected enterprise/business only) by the borrowers in his/her business.
∎ Attend training, meeting etc. as and when recommended by the management.
∎ Prepare annual plan and budget (Target).
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and others periodical plan and reports of the project and submit to branch manager.
∎ Upload the information in MIS and FIS in microfin 360 on regular basis.
∎ Conduct promotional and awareness raising activities / session with beneficiaries such as plantation of tree, use of safe water and sanitation etc.
∎ Contribute in the implementation of others social programme like Tube well & latrine installation and Occasional programmes.

∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 11600 (Monthly)
∎ As per rules and practice of the Organization.
