GRASSROOT CO-OPERATION is a Bangladeshi National Non-Governmental and Non-profit, Humanitarian & Rights-based voluntary development organization working since 2008. GRC is inviting application from the eligible candidates for immediate appointment under “Bangladesh-America Maitree Project” which is funded by USAID and Prime Award BRAC for the Education Program at Rangpur district.

Major Responsibilities:

• Developing detailed plans that include program objectives, timeline, deliverables, resource requirements, and budget.

• Ensuring that the program has adequate resources (staff, funds, materials, etc.) and managing the allocation of resources effectively.

• Hiring, training, and managing staff or volunteers working on the program, providing guidance, and ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.

• Collecting data on program outputs, outcomes, and impact. Analyzing this data to assess the effectiveness of the program and identify areas for improvement.

• Regularly assessing program processes and outcomes to identify inefficiencies or areas where the program can be strengthened.
