∎ Minimum 05 years of solid experience in national and/ or international program/ project management
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English both verbal and written;
∎ Strong leadership and interpersonal/networking skills;
∎ Ability to prepare report, analyze and interpret data;
∎ Proven capacity in developing, implementing and managing project with the outmost efficiency;
∎ Expertise in operating MS Word and Excel

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Context : In 1980, Ad-din embraced the journey with a vision to ensure quality education and standardized health services at an affordable cost for the marginalized community of the country. It has become a center of excellence for developing exceptional health professionals and providing affordable quality care. Besides its other projects, Ad-din Foundation serves the local community through an education project (School and College) and an eye care project in the Jashore area. The incumbents will be responsible for managing and expanding/increasing the branch/area of coverage of these projects.
