Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for implementation of Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) along with the relevant advocacy activities both in Upazilla and alliance of Unite for Body Rights Program.
∎ Ensure CSE through planning, guiding, mentoring, utilizing budget, timely activities accomplishment and updating team members both in Upazilla and alliance.
∎ Documentation on best practices and updating team members both in Upazila and alliance.
∎ Conduct training needs assessment (TNA), plan training calendar and organize training programs. Ensure timely production and submission of training reports and review training impact at regular intervals.
∎ Ensure availability of IEC/BCC materials to reach target group.
∎ Ensure documentation of specific work and prepare work plan, progress report and share in team monthly.
∎ Support Program Manager to prepare half yearly, annual and any other report required by BAPSA management and alliance.
∎ Support PO (M&E) to conduct action research involving youth on different activities decided by team members. Develop guideline and monitoring tools for CSE program.
∎
∎ Build capacity of national and branch officers on the CSE related knowledge, skills and attitude.
∎ Mentoring SRHR trainer and SRHR educator to minimize the demand, to associate in need assessment and new intervention for program implementation in Education Institutions by regular care and involvement in different program
∎ Ensure quality of project activities by introducing & adopting appropriate approach methodology & intervention.
∎ Qualitative Data collection and assessment as per program implementation in organization level compared to partner organization for quality insurance to meet donor and project management requirements.
∎ Support in implementing Project activities:
∎ Coordinate, negotiate, cooperate and maintain a good relation with team members both in organizations and alliance to update accordingly.
∎ Provide technical support to district level for routine program implementation.
∎ Undertake supportive supervision visits to the project areas and provide on-job training to project staff members.
∎ Desk review of existing CSE curricula (MMW, NCTB) in EDIs and teachers training program.
∎ Maintain mentoring and implementation:
∎ Assist Program Manager to develop systematic and realistic action plans that capture project inline.
∎ Conduct mentoring place visit and meeting with SRHR Trainers in order to ensure quality of project activities.
∎ Support SRHR trainer as their requirement (Logistic support as their need of presentation, documents and plans).
∎ Frequently phone call -email - FB page, Skype.
∎ Coordination and communication:
∎ Act as a focal person for communication regarding CSE implementation with District Officer and Youth Officer, coordinating information request and documentation of best practices for internal and external sharing.
∎ Attend formal and informal meeting at district level as well as central level.
∎ Specific role in alliance:
∎ Directly and actively support the UBR Alliance and partner organizations in the planning and Contextualizing CSE in Bangladeshi perspective.
∎ Working as a CSE Master trainer for full time resources in relation to CSE implementation in Upazilla level.
∎ Prepare training schedule, plan training calendar, coordinate and Conduct, organize and facilitate training program for teachers supporting to NCTB.
∎ Develop toolkit for interactive learning, edit/produce books & booklets and research findings to be printed and conduct publishing activities for BCC/IEC to address opposition to CSE.
∎ Maintain an effective chain system to transfer knowledge and skill from Alliance to Upazilla.
∎ Continuous mentoring SRHR trainer by providing capacity building training that created a strong positive SRHR youth group which providing scope for their exposure.
∎ Advocacy Regarding CSE context and networking and partnership building with Alliance. Besides the day-to-day support to more streamlined CSE approach for future program.
∎ Prepare and Provide CSE- guideline and guidance to National Program Coordinator and partner organizations (incl. planning, methods, tools and interpretation of results, formation of technical support).
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by the authority from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 37 years

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 44000 (Monthly)
