Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree in Education, Social Sciences, English or in related fields.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in a managerial role in education and child protection sector.
∎ Experience in Program Designing, Planning and Implementation of program supported preferably by UN/INGO.
∎ Able to prepare and review quality reports in English.
∎ Experience in training designing, delivering training and other capacity building initiatives with a variety of audiences.
∎ Excellence in Communication in English will be prioritized.
∎ Demonstrated managerial and leadership skills, effective interpersonal & team management skills
∎ Creative problem solving, conflict, ethical management skills.
∎ Excellent communication and motivational skill.
∎ Strong analytical, report writing and presentation skills
∎ Excellent communication skills both in oral and written English
∎ Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders in a sensitive environment as a representative of PARC in Bhasanchar.
∎ Able to support and train staff and engage communities.
∎ Have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, and Excel)
∎ Excellent organization, advocacy and coordination skills
∎ Demonstrated ability to think technically, prioritize and meet deadlines in a complex and challenging environment; must be culturally sensitive
∎ A positive and friendly personality who collaborates well with others, works with trustworthiness and integrity and has a clear commitment to PARC's core values and humanitarian principles.
∎ Responsiveness and sensitivity to gender and diversity.
∎ Understanding of child safeguarding and equality for girls.

∎ Prior experience of working in humanitarian response preferably in Bhasanchar and knowledge of Chittagonian or Rohingya.
∎ Knowledge of Sphere and the Red Cross/NGO. Experience in managing humanitarian projects in EiE or CPiE.
∎ Knowledge and understanding of Sphere, standard Code of Conduct, Do No Harm principles and other humanitarian standards, including Sector SOP, INEE minimum standards.
∎ Knowledge and understanding of key EiE, CPiE issues, Gender, Disability and Inclusion, livelihood.
∎ Chattogram Languages will be preferred for candidates deemed same qualified.

Salary:
∎ 80,000 BDT / Month. Bonus equivalent to 1 Month`s Salary).
