• Track record managing teams, schedules, and stakeholder relationships
• Familiarity with the migration / overseas employment sector is a strong advantage
• Comfortable with Excel, Google Workspace, and modern HR / LMS dashboards

Responsibilities & Context:

Own the day-to-day operations of our Savar Training Center, Dhaka. Manage student enrollment and attendance, coordinate the teaching team's schedule, liaise with BMET and government stakeholders, and report progress to iKORI headquarters. Be the single point of accountability for campus performance — academic, operational, and reputational. You will be directly working with the iKORI and iLEAP owners and leadership team.

You will also directly work with the Passion Japan leadership team (Japanese migration and training company in Tokyo)
