Educational Requirements:
∎ Undergraduate Degree and two years of relevant experience in working with a development or social mobilization organisation. Experience in library management will be an added value. Working experience with survivors will be a plus.

Job Context:
∎ PRAGROSHOR is a Bangladeshi Non-Governmental Development Organization. It is a feminist, anti-racist and anti-discriminatory nonprofit organization. We extend a variety of support to individuals, institutions and communities to become more gender sensitive in their philosophies and practices. We provide training, resources and support to existing women`s and human rights organizations. We also conduct campaign, and lobby on key gender issues, affecting the country and the region.
∎ PRAGROSHOR invites application from an experienced development professional and/or activist with a proven track record of working on initiatives to end VAW for implementation of its "Jukto Hou, Mukto Hou: Connecting survivors, strengthening voices and creating gender-transformative changes" Project funded by the Manusher Jonno Foundation. The project seeks to center the needs of women and girl survivors of SGBV. It aims to create a space where survivors themselves can come together and take initiatives that are transformative not only in their individual journey towards well-being and agential livelihoods but also towards developing a feminist collectivity.
∎ The project is to be implemented in Dhaka District for the period of 1 March 2020 to 31 December 2023.
∎ Pragroshor seeks a Program Facilitator to provide technical and implementation support to project titled "Jukto Hou, Mukto Hou" and also to facilitate the day to day activities of Pragroshor.
∎ Candidates should have demonstrated skill to organize and conduct trainings /workshops/and other program to support the survivors of any kind, women networks, groups and diverse community.
∎ Period: 4 years (March 2020-to December 2023)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take necessary action for formation of the survivor's network.
∎ Prepare lists, invitation letters, and conduct all other logistical work for the project "Jukto Hou, Mukto Hou".
∎ Support the team in organizing meetings, trainings, and workshops.
∎ Build rapport and maintain liaison with survivors, police and other women rights groups and individuals.
∎ Organize monthly discussions called Narir Raater Adda on various feminist issues.
∎ Manage library/resource center
∎ Any other relative task as required by the organisation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good computer skill, including Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Age can be considered in case of experience and interest about the task

Salary:
∎ Tk18, 000 per month (gross)
