Job Context:
∎ PRAGROSHOR is a Bangladeshi Non-Governmental Development Organization. It is a feminist, anti-racist and anti-discriminatory nonprofit organization. We extend a variety of support to individuals, institutions and communities to become more gender sensitive in their philosophies and practices. We provide training, resources and support to existing women`s and human rights organizations. We also conduct campaign, and lobby on key gender issues, affecting the country and the region.
∎ Its JuktoHou, MuktoHou: Connecting survivors, strengthening voices and creating gender transformative changes" program funded by Manusher Jonno Foundation aims to create a space where survivors themselves can come together and take initiatives that are transformative not only in their individual journey towards well-being and agential livelihoods but also towards developing a feminist collectivity.
∎ The project is to be implemented in Dhaka District for the period of 1 March 2020 to 31 December 2023.
∎ Pragroshor seeks a support staff (Caretaker cum Peon) to provide following services to its above programme as well functioning of day to day activities of Pragroshor.
∎ Period: 4 years (March 2020 - to December 2023)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular cleaning of office premise (including wash rooms, kitchen and dining space) also including furniture, fixtures and office equipments.
∎ Serving tea /coffee to the staff as well participants of the meeting /workshops /trainings
∎ Photo copying / printing /binding of documents
∎ Sending /disseminating newsletter, official letter/documents to other office.
∎ If any other services required by the organizations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 years relevant working experience
∎ Willing to ride cycle.
∎ Age can be considered in case of experience and interest about the task

Salary:
∎ Taka 10,000 per month (gross), depending on experience
