∎ Master's degree in Anthropology, Social Sciences, Public Health, or a related field.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years of experience in qualitative research, public health program or advocacy initiatives, preferably related to SRHR or climate change.
∎ Familiarity with research methodologies and qualitative data collection techniques.
∎ Experience in Climate Response and/or Health programs is considered an asset.
∎ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English (verbal and written).
∎ Proficiency in MS Office applications.
∎ Willingness to travel to field sites in hard-to-reach areas including coastal areas, char lands, and haors.
∎ Knowledge of health services, climate change, and SRHR issues in Bangladesh is preferred.
∎ Experience working with government stakeholders and NGOs is a plus.
∎ Language skills: Excellent Bangla and English in reading, speaking, writing, and typing.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in research and/or documentation activities, including qualitative data collection and management.
∎ Support Research assistant, and their supervisors in organizing community dialogue meetings (CDMs) and in-depth interviews (IDIs) and ensuring quality of data.
∎ Jointly with research team and consultant conduct transcription of qualitative data and translation in English.
∎ Conduct field visit for research activities including organizing consultation meetings and workshops, CDM and KII.
∎ Liaison with partners, subgrantees, government officials at national and local level for smooth implementation of the project.
∎ Support organizing advocacy workshops and logistics management.
∎ Provide logistical and administrative support for field trips, workshops, and meetings.
∎ Help coordinate with partner organizations, including NGOs and government agencies.
∎ Contribute to report writing and documentation of project activities.
∎ Support the development and implementation of SRHR intervention strategies.
∎ Assist in monitoring and evaluation activities.
∎ Provide general administrative support to the project team.
∎ Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Ipas Bangladesh will offer a monthly consolidated salary of BDT 90,221, no other benefits.
