Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in establishing infrastructure for the eye center
∎ Support the organization of capacity-building training for health workers
∎ Assist community-based activities(Outreach) and routine field monitoring
∎ Assist in implementing awareness-raising activities
∎ Support patient referral processes from Community Clinics (CC) - Upazila Health Complex (UHC),
∎ Partner hospitals including arranging safe transportation
∎ Prepare meeting minutes and maintain proper documentation
∎ Collect and manage project-related data
∎ Maintain proper documentation
∎ Support online visibility and promotion of project activities (e.g., social media content, updates)
∎ Provide general project and administrative support as required for project implementation and office operations.
∎ Heart to Heart Foundation Bangladesh, a Korean non-governmental humanitarian organization that has been working for the underprivileged suffering from poverty and disease since 2009, is recruiting a Finance and Administration Officer for the project titled “Strengthening the Primary Eye Health Project through Integrated People-Centered Approach in Dhaka, Bangladesh.”

∎ Job Summary : This position is part of the Heart to Heart Foundation Bangladesh Project, supported by the KOICA Public-Private Partnership Program. The selected candidate will work closely with the Program Manager and Program Coordinator to support the implementation of the project’s business components. This is a project-based support role responsible for assisting with a wide range of project activities to ensure smooth and effective operations.
∎ Responsibilities:

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 1 Festival Bonus equivalent of one month gross salary.
