∎ Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio.
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects (or similar tools).
∎ Knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, and sound editing.
∎ Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality output.
∎ Strong storytelling and creative editing skills.
∎ Experience with social media video formats (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
∎ Good communication skills and ability to take feedback.
∎ Experience with AI video tools (e.g., Runway, CapCut, etc.).
∎ Basic knowledge of graphic design (Photoshop, Canva).
∎ Understanding of YouTube SEO and video optimization.

∎ Edit and produce short videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and long-form content.
∎ Create attractive, engaging, and high-quality videos with smooth transitions, effects, and motion graphics.
∎ Add voiceovers, background music, sound effects, and subtitles for better engagement.
∎ Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency in style.
∎ Color correction, audio mixing, and optimizing videos for different platforms.
∎ Work with scripts and raw footage to craft compelling narratives.
∎ Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and social media best practices.
∎ Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, storytelling skills, and the ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
