Experience:
Proven experience as an English trainer, corporate trainer, or employee development specialist, preferably in a BPO environment.
Strong knowledge of US English, including pronunciation, accent, and grammar.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to design engaging and impactful training programs.
Proficiency in online training tools and platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage and motivate employees.Certification in teaching English as a second language (TESOL/TEFL) or similar is a plus.
Conduct training sessions to improve US English pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and fluency.
Develop and deliver customized training modules for communication and interpersonal skills in the BPO sector.
Evaluate employees’ skill levels and identify areas for improvement.
Facilitate both online and in-office training sessions to accommodate hybrid work needs.
Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and create tailored development plans.
Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to employees to drive continuous improvement.
Develop training materials, including handouts, exercises, and digital resources.
Monitor training progress and prepare performance reports for management.
