Responsibilities & Context:
The position will be accountable for assisting senior management to maintain the highest levels of productivity as well as ensuring compliance with all local regulations.
Lead the production team to improve the overall product quality control cost and reduce production lead time.
Review daily reports related to product quality and level of wastage and number of rejected garments.
Simulate and troubleshoot delays caused by management systems with relevant departments.
Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operation management.
Analyze for production, efficiency and quality based on reports on a daily basis.
Verify and adjustment of floor management through balancing of machine and skill operation.
To ensure smooth flow of production with maximum target at optimum quality.
To ensure the delivery of the products within the stipulated time frame through a proper production plan.
Coordinate with concern department and follow up to reduce Non-Productive time.
Monitor hourly production and ensure correct method so that the production output is as per the desire limit.
Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance.
Analyze and assess product risks, critical operations, quality issues in advance before production.
Ensuring Optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity. Improvement of existing products using optimized level of raw material.
