∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage & increase embroidery production efficiency with quality standards through developing production process/techniques.
∎ Plan to synchronize among technical, production for maximum production efficiency & monitoring the M/Cs performance.
∎ Ensure pre-production meeting with embroidery team in every new order.
∎ Follow up the order sheet according to color and quantity before preparing production schedule for embroidery.
∎ Organize & utilize manpower capacity to the maximum to ensure that production targets are achieved.
∎ Control wastage and reject percentage by upgrading production procedure.
∎ Liaison with different section of the factory.
∎ Ensure production, planning & execution of laser machine.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
