Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor/master's degree in Journalism/ Media Studies/ Mass Communication/ English/ International Relations from a recognized university. At least 2 years' relevant experience in News and program production, preferably in Television media.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project management; organize project goals and ensure the successful completion of video projects that fits the clients' vision at a high-quality level. Add stories and elements that will make the broadcast more attractive
∎ Manage the production and post-production schedules of the video production team
∎ Create scripts, production schedules, storyboards and shot lists as needed
∎ Coordinate relevant performer agreements with legal team
∎ Well-rounded balance of creative, production, and business skills
∎ Detail-oriented and highly organized
∎ Independent, autonomous, and entrepreneurial
∎ Generalist understanding of all stages in the production process
∎ Comfortable working in a growing technology enterprise (software tools, remote work, flexible hours, fast pace)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a Production Executive.
∎ In-depth understanding of the production process
∎ Solid experience with digital technology
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills
∎ Ability to proofread and edit pieces
∎ Ability to take initiatives and work under pressure.
∎ Roaster based duty (3 night shift minimum)
∎ Non smoker.
