Job Context:
∎ We are a knit based RMG Export company, working with renowned global brands for over a decade; looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and qualified Production Coordinator for immediate recruitment who have sound knowledge on Knit Products and strong sourcing capacity.
∎ The Production Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing production within the timeline and scope for ten million pcs of production. Accountable for the day-to-day affairs of production execution, which includes acquiring resources and coordinating team members` efforts to deliver the goods according to agreed delivery date in respect to brands/customers all applicable compliances and requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare production plan & coordinate for same with Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing & Packing most productively.
∎ Conduct PP meeting, pilot run/inline, pre-final, and final inspection according to the quality standard, and prepare inspection report within the designated timeline.
∎ Prepare time and action calendar for each order from order receive to shipment.
∎ Develop and manage a strategic planning framework by an effective and efficient planning cycle.
∎ Order status monitor & regularly scheduled meetings with merchant team to plan. Coordinate with design, product development & other related departments.
∎ Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules and ensure that materials are organized at each stage of processing.
∎ Maintain planning record & follow up everyday cutting, sewing, finishing, print, embroidery & wash report.
∎ Analyze and evaluate the production plans and present operational performances.
∎ Regular visit factories to monitor the progress of given plan.
∎ Liaise with the quality assurance and quality control department to ensure product quality and specifications are consistent.
∎ Check and monitor lab testing as per the clients requirements and standard operating procedure.
∎ Check samples as per product specifications to meet customers' quality standards.
∎ Stock management/declare all remaining production stock to the clients.
∎ Proper documentation of all the activities and data updated to the ERP and monitor.
∎ Build a professional and effective relationship with all stakeholders for smooth operations.
∎ Any others tasks assign by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ ERP software Planning
∎ Polite, Respectful and Courteous Manners
∎ Hard worker, quick learner and ability to assume responsibilities.
