Responsibilities & Context:
Recommend procedures for detection, prevention and elimination of physical, chemical or other product hazards.
Conduct Visual and measurement tests on garments
Ensure GTW/STW accuracy, maintain GMP compliance, and support GRS certification for sustainable and quality garment production
Maintaining Buyer COC on “Product Safety Rules & regulations (PSR)” also evaluates.
All needs “Needle Control/ Sharp Tools System” stickle Maintain & follow as per SOP.
Able to identify root causes of quality failures and drive a continuous improvement plan (CAPA) in production.
Participate in the preparation of product usage and precautionary label instructions.
Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations.
Creating analytical reports of safety data.
Inspecting production equipment and processes to make sure they are safe.
Technical audit/evaluation should be followed
Presenting safety principles to staff in meetings or awareness-type training sessions.
Must follow up on familiarity with snap attachment, Button attachment, pull test system, Metal detector machine or 9-point check system, needle control policy and chemical hazards.
Any other job assigned by the management.
