Responsibilities & Context:
- To ensure & monitor all employees will wear all required safety guard, safety glass, as per workstation.
- To ensure all workers working moving around and prohibited from wearing loose clothing or loose jewelry is available.
- To ensure all worker/staff working around moving machinery have long hair long tied back where if cannot fall forwarded or be caught in the machinery.
- To ensure all tools will be use or will be stored at their proper location, no tools are to be left in any location where they are not being used or being stored.
- To monitor all equipment tools and machineries are to be kept clean and in full working condition with any defect being immediate report to maintenance.
- To confirm the instruction manuals of all machineries must be ready available for review.
- To ensure and confirm all equipment and machineries is to be shut down when not in use.
- To monitor & ensure all machinery is to have the manufacturing installed safety ground.
- To ensure no machineries are to be modified by employer/worker who is not specially trained in the technical aspect.
- To ensure all work area are properly clean when anyone is working.
- To ensure all work area properly ventilated.
- To ensure all areas of the factory are to be clean and organized.
- To conduct risk assessment in all area in terms of product safety.
- To provide necessary training in all aspect in terms of product safety.
- The safety officer shall do the internal Audit in monthly basis.
- The safety officer will face Quality audit by any external/Buyers.
- Any other duties assigned by the management time to time.
