Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify returned medicines and products (batch number, expiry date, storage condition).
Update return information in the logbook or system.
Maintain accurate records of all returns and keep them ready for audits.
Communicate with clients to resolve return-related issues.
Working Hours:
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (daily)
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing). Running students can apply if they don’t have to attend classes regularly (this is a full-time position).
Prior experience in pharmaceuticals or supply chain management will be an advantage.
Proficiency in computer usage.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are mandatory.
