Educational Requirements:

∎ Any of the following certifications will be a plus:
∎ CSPO, A-CSPO (scrumalliance.org)/
∎ PSPO I, PSPO II (scrum.org)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and maintain the product roadmaps and product backlogs.
∎ Focus on supplying a high quality, usable product for the users and business stakeholders.
∎ Provide specifications and clearly defined user stories to a distributed development team.
∎ Clearly communicate the business requirements to the team.
∎ Get detail level of requirement from stakeholders or customers.
∎ Prioritize feature and development using data-driven techniques.
∎ Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure that business requirements are being met
∎ Coordinate with Team lead and Scrum Masters to assist sprint development efforts
∎ Manage the work within the Expedited Lifecycle.
∎ Manage interactions with the Product Owner and product users.
∎ Manage expectations with the Product Owner.
∎ Working with Senior Leadership to align your product vision and strategy to company objectives
∎ Take ownership of team; managing and mentoring team members toward deliverables and project completion
∎ Help the Scrum Master organize Sprint Review Meetings.
∎ Attend sprint planning meetings.
Additional Requirements:

∎ To be considered for this role, candidates must have: 7+ years progressively increasing experience in software development and 3+ years experience in Agile delivery
∎ Hands-on operational experience serving in Product Owner capacity on large similar and complex software / systems development initiatives.
∎ Expert knowledge of Agile delivery processes (e.g., Scrum, KANBAN, etc.).
∎ Candidates must demonstrate strong oral and written communications skills
∎ Proven ability to make things happen; you're smart and work hard
∎ Excellent knowledge of the new technology trends and its applications for innovating in the marketplace
∎ Proven example of a test and measure approach to iterating on product improvements
∎ Communication skills to clearly articulate and evangelize decisions
∎ Self-motivation and a strong desire to make an impact on team
