Experience:
To perform development of analytical method/feasibility study of proposed new products in the Animal Health Division.
To prepare working manual for submission to drug testing laboratory as per established protocol.
To prepare product sample for submission to drug testing laboratory as per established protocol.
To review method of existing products based on product or market complaints, stability related problems or cost saving need.
To prepare recipe & annexure for submission to drugs administration.
To determine raw & packaging materials specifications & quantifications, raise requisition of the same to commercial department for new products.
To prepare and update all documents and instructions related to product development, cGMP & ISO.
To review formulation/method of existing products based on product or market complaints, stability related problems or cost saving need.
To perform physical and chemical tests relevant to product development, analytical method development and validation.
To undertake production of lab batch, pilot batch / stability batch, trial batch / scale up batch of new products/reformulation products making liaison with production, QA, engineering, marketing, regulatory & commercial department as & when required.
To perform physical and chemical tests required for stability analysis such as accelerated stability, real time or ongoing study of new products.
