• Monitoring and controlling equipment and production processes using instrumentation and control systems to ensure optimal performance and product quality.

• Operating and adjusting machinery and control systems to maintain continuous production and meet quality standards.

• Identifying and resolving equipment or process issues using technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

• Performing routine quality checks, collecting samples, and analysing data to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Adhering to strict safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

• Conducting routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs, to keep equipment running smoothly.

• Recording production data, quality checks, equipment status, and incidents accurately.

• Collaborating with other operators, supervisors, and maintenance staff to coordinate tasks and solve problems.

• Participating in process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimise operations.
