• Proven leadership experience in higher education institutions.

• Strong record of research publications in reputed journals.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to lead large academic teams and manage multi-disciplinary faculties.

• Experience in establishing or scaling academic institutions will be highly preferred.

• Strong network within academic, research, and policy-making communities.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Vice Chancellor in overall academic leadership, policy formulation, and strategic planning.

• Provide guidance in curriculum development, faculty recruitment, and academic quality assurance.

• Oversee research initiatives, innovation programs, and academic collaborations (local & international).

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including UGC policies and national education standards.

• Lead academic administration, including faculties, departments, and institutional development projects.

• Promote a culture of excellence in teaching, research, and student engagement.

• Represent the university in academic forums, accreditation bodies, and stakeholder engagements.

• Contribute to institutional branding, ranking, and global academic partnerships.
