Additional Requirements:

• Age 25 to 35 years

• 5 to 7 Years of proven experience as a Printer Service/Repair Technician.      

• This role may require travel to client sites for installations and repairs.    

• Work hours, including evenings and weekends, may vary to accommodate customer needs and service schedules.       

• The technician may need to lift heavy necessary equipment when performing installations or repairs.

• Strong knowledge of printer hardware, software, and operating systems.

• Analyze and fix hardware and software problems with printers and scanners.
• The ability to fix or swap out malfunctioning print head, roller, drum, fuser, toner, and other parts for a printer is needed.       
• Installation and configuration of printers, problem-solving, essential repairs, and guaranteeing that printers are operating effectively to satisfy our clients` demands are all part of the job description of a printer specialist. 
• Complete standard upkeep duties, such as cleaning, firmware upgrades, and calibration. 
• Make sure that every task is finished by the deadlines and quality standards that have been set.
• Ensure that all service history, components used, and repairs are accurately documented. 
• Continue to fulfill corporate standards and keep customers satisfied. 
• Work together with other members of the team to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of repair procedures. 
• Give basic IT help in accordance with instructions. 
• Keep track of all parts and support equipment properly.
• Any other job/task assigned as and when required.
