Strong working knowledge of garment machinery maintenance (Outerwear/Jacket/Pant).
Ability to work under pressure and as a team player.
Adequate knowledge of the MS Office package.
Dynamic, well-organized, self-driven, and professional personality.
Responsibilities & Context:
Demonstrate & explain all mechanics regarding adjusting & repairing of all types of sewing machines and other machines within a short time & effectively with maximum production operation.
Ensure preventive & break down maintenance of all machine of (Sewing, Cutting, Finishing) section so that the standard is achieved.
Ensure all kinds of sewing machine maintenance, checklist, and registrar work are done timely.
Prepare Standard Operating Procedure for maintaining all machinery and implement the SOP in a timely manner.
Arrange for providing technical support for all equipment to ensure proper functioning and protection against equipment failure.
Coordinate maintaining all statistical and financial records relating to all machinery.
