Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall management of the institute, course coordination.
∎ Complete the student admission process.
∎ Preparing the training materials including Competency Based Learning Material (CBLM).
∎ Ensuring that academic policies and curriculum are followed.
∎ Establishing and monitoring hostel management, code of conduct and accommodation facilities and regulations.
∎ Documentation, reporting and asset maintenance.
∎ Doing all the communication and liaison with other stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Minimum 03/05 years of working experiences as a head of technical institute or coordinator of any technical training center.
∎ Must have sound skills on technical training facilitation, management and documentation.
∎ Should have experience to work with NSDA, BTEB or other government technical authorities.
∎ Must have experience on prepare technical training modules and training materials.
∎ Experience to work with PKSF-SEIP project will be an advantage and then candidates will get preferences.
∎ Must have good computer skills on MS word, MS Exel, PowerPoint, graphics, online browsing, database management and others.
∎ Must be good in communication, reporting and documentation.
