Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring implementation of academic policies and curriculum
∎ Monitor and evaluate teacher performance
∎ Review and implement organisational policies
∎ Meeting and listening to concerns of students on a regular basis
∎ Encouraging, guiding and assisting student leaders and teachers
∎ Meeting with parents and administrators on a regular basis for problem resolution
∎ Conduct Trainings & Workshops directed towards performance improvement of teachers
∎ Developing and tracking benchmarks for measuring institutional success
∎ Collaborate and coordinate with local and international education institutes
∎ Overviewing administrative and operational functions & discipline
