Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with patients
Communicate with patients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and follow-ups
Manage social media communication and patient engagement
Support promotional activities and awareness campaigns
Coordinate with therapists and staff to improve patient experience
