Responsibilities & Context:
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently to process sales transactions.
Ensure accurate billing of products and services.
Handle cash, credit/debit cards, mobile banking, and other payment methods.
Issue receipts, refunds, and exchange bills as per company policy.
Maintain cash drawer balance at the start and end of each shift.
Prepare daily cash reconciliation and deposit reports.
Assist with packaging and tagging when required.
Support sales team during peak hours.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter.
