Job Context:
∎ Background:
∎ The post holder takes overall responsibility to support the Team Leader of Artemia4Bangladesh, uploading and updating files on Monitoring and Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Platform of WorldFish, project management, prepare partnership agreements and for organizing meetings/ workshops/ seminars. S/he will closely work the project team to achieve the targets of communication, documentation and reporting issues.
∎ Eligibility, Location and Duration:
∎ This position will be based at WorldFish`s Office in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Interviews are expected to be held in April 2020 and only shortlisted candidates will be notified and expected to attend the interview. The successful candidate should be available to commence on May 2020 for an initial three (3) years fixed term contract, with the possibility of contract renewal depending on performance and funding availability.
Job Responsibilities:
∎
∎ Assist Team Leader to meet deadlines, daily routine management, and respond to project management matters.
∎ Assist in data analysis and writing scientific reports/ publications.
∎ Upload and update documents and reports in WorldFish reporting system such as Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL), One Corporate System (OCS).
∎ Draft and process agreements with national and international partners such as Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
∎ Assist to coordinate the management of agreements for partners, stakeholders.
∎ Assist in the preparation of press releases, meeting minutes and publishing of progress/quarterly/ annual reports.
∎ Engage with internal and external clients and maintain close liaison with WorldFish Communication Officer, M&E Officer and Training Specialist.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of work experience in program support, project management, and sub- grant management Skills on Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, power point etc.), data analysis, report writing, prepare presentations.
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to write publications / reports.
Salary:
∎ This is a Nationally Recruited Staff (NRS) position with annual salary ranging between BDT 624,700 - BDT 662,745 per annum.
