Educational Requirements:
∎ • Diploma or BSc in physiotherapy

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Project Implementation
∎ a) Collaborate with patient doctors for referrals, notes and medical history
∎ b) Review and evaluate patient through tests, movements, and conversation
∎ c) Create and implement treatment care plans tailored to each patient’s needs
∎ d) Establish patient goals and benchmarks and discuss patient’s goalposts with physicians, surgeons, and healthcare team
∎ e) Schedule exercises and therapies for patients and review progress
∎ f) Assist and demonstrate proper stretches, techniques, exercise moves, and equipment uses
∎ g) Educate patient family members, caretakers, or close friends on the patient’s treatment plan
∎ h) Recommend specialists to patients who need additional medical attention
∎ i) Document patient medical progress and treatment; record notes to update medical conditions
∎ j) Help patients with musculoskeletal disorders resulting from illness, injury, disability or ageing to improve their quality of life through implementation of treatment programs using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, electrotherapy, and lifestyle training.
∎ k) Collaborate with patient’s doctor for referrals, notes, medical history and updates, review and evaluate patient through tests, movements, and conversation.
∎ 2. Coordination
∎ a) Conduct community sensitization meetings with leaders and influential persons to ensure buy in and beneficiaries trust and willingness to participate in the project
∎ b) Liaise with other SARPV’s project field teams to ensure integration of all projects within SARPV, for smooth operation and mutual support
∎ 3. Additional Roles
∎ a) Promote and ensure compliance with the requirements of SARPV HR policies, SARPV Code of Conduct and its associated policies and Core Humanitarian Standards of Accountability to ensure protection to programme beneficiaries.
∎ b) Perform other duties assigned by Program Manager.
∎ Requirements: (Educational, Experience, Language, etc.)
∎ a) Education
∎ • Diploma or BSc in physiotherapy
∎ b) Experience Requirements
∎ • At least 1 year
∎ • Educational requirement may consider in case of high experience
∎ c) Additional Requirements
∎ • Ability to communicate fluently in Rohingya language or Chittagonian is required
∎ • Good knowledge on Rohingya refugee context is desirable
∎ • Pro- active with an ability to think analytically
∎ • Results oriented team player with excellent planning and organisational skills
∎ • Acts to inspire others by clearly articulating and demonstrating good values
∎ • Nurtures a productive, motivating and responsive environment to develop a team
∎ • Ability to work in challenging environments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ • Ability to communicate fluently in Rohingya language or Chittagonian is required

Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
