• Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose and treat patients with physical conditions caused by illness, injury, or aging.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises and preventive care.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments and progress reports.
• Ensure a patient-friendly, empathetic, and professional approach at all times.
• Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by the line authority or honorable management authority.
• Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Provide rehabilitation support for orthopedic, neurological and sports-related cases.
• Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by the line authority or honorable management authority.
