Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ Training/Trade Course: Training on FP Method
∎ Skills Required: Training

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Health, NGO/ Other Services, public health
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support training coordinator to design yearly Training plan.
∎ Design, coordinate training program and develop training.
∎ Conduct theoretical and clinical practical sessions.
∎ Support and coordinate with training coordinator for implementing Training, Skill update, orientation, workshops and other activities of project.
∎ Support in training/event report development.
∎ Keep liaison with government systems for better management.
∎ Keep liaison with Head Ob/Gyn dept. and Director of Medial College Hospital/Consultant Ob/Gyn dept. Superintendent/manager of District Hospitals and Upazila Health Complex.
∎ Prepare presentation for training and training report in consultation with project manager and follow the national guideline & Ipas standard for training conduction.
∎ Provide family planning, MR and PAC service as per quality standard of project.
∎ Support FP, MR and PAC Services at Clinic and Hospital to institutionalize standard practice.
∎ Provide need based follow -up and on-site mentoring of the trainees.
∎ Support Financial and Administration issues.
∎ Any other project related activities that might be assigned by the management as needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 90000 - 95000 (Monthly)
