• Must have personal Motorcycle.

• Willingness to travel for home collection assignments.

• Prior experience as a Phlebotomist preferred (freshers with good skills may apply).

• Knowledge of phlebotomy techniques, safety guidelines, and infection control.

• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients of all ages.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays if required.

• Collect blood samples from patients using proper techniques (venipuncture, capillary, butterfly needle, etc.)
• Label, store, and transport samples securely to the laboratory.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and consent during sample collection.
• Follow infection control and biohazard safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records and proper documentation of collected samples.
• Assist in home sample collection and corporate health camps as needed.
• Handle equipment and supplies responsibly, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
