Additional Requirements:
Must have personal Motorcycle.
Willingness to travel for home collection assignments.
Prior experience as a Phlebotomist preferred (freshers with good skills may apply).
Knowledge of phlebotomy techniques, safety guidelines, and infection control.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients of all ages.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays if required.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Collect blood samples from patients using proper techniques (venipuncture, capillary, butterfly needle, etc.)
- Label, store, and transport samples securely to the laboratory.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and consent during sample collection.
- Follow infection control and biohazard safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records and proper documentation of collected samples.
- Assist in home sample collection and corporate health camps as needed.
- Handle equipment and supplies responsibly, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
