Responsibilities & Context:
The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the daily operations of a Pharma outlet, ensuring the provision of quality pharmaceutical services and the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Customer Service
- Oversee daily operations and medicine dispensing with proper guidance.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and customer service standards.
- Resolve customer issues professionally.
Team Management
- Supervise and train 8–10 staff with effective scheduling.
- Monitor performance, discipline, and teamwork.
Inventory & Purchase
Maintain accurate stock levels and prevent expiry/damage.
• Coordinate purchases and conduct inventory audits.
• Ensure safe storage of all medicines.
Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with DGDA, Consumer Rights, and other regulators.
- Maintain documentation and support government inspections.
- Follow laws on prescriptions and restricted drugs.
Financial & Reporting
- Monitor sales, expenses, and profit/loss statements.
- Manage daily cash flow and cost control.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Safety & Security
- Ensure CCTV, theft prevention, and store safety.
- Prepare for fire, health, and emergency risks.
External Relations
- Liaise with regulators, auditors, and local authorities.
- Maintain positive community and stakeholder relationships.
