Kingston Hospital Looking for a skilled Pharmacy In-Charge for Kingston Model Pharmacy.·
Oversee, coach, motivate, and evaluate pharmacy staff to ensure they follow protocols and procedures.
This includes ensuring staff wear the required clothing and equipment.
Plan and supervise staff processes such as recruitment, training, evaluation, and development.
Ensure the quality of service provided to the public by accurately handling drugs and products and ensuring proper disposal.
Ensure compliance with national and international legislation and with the pharmacy`s safety standards.
Ensure medicine order to the pharmaceutical company by checking software & physical stock regularly.
Carry out reporting tasks to support decision-making.
Proper knowledge about all kind of medicine, drug and surgical item.
Proper knowledge about storage & order system.
Customer satisfaction should be the main focus.
Have a clear idea regarding the pharmacy inventory system.
Understanding customer needs, selling process properly.
Maintain good liaison with all the suppliers and pharmaceutical companies.
Good knowledge about pharmacy software.
Preparation of Regular sales and cash statement .
Keep pharmacy always neat and clean.
Any other responsibility as and when given by the management.
