Job Responsibilities:
Manage overall branch operations, sales, and profitability.
Achieve monthly sales & gross profit targets.
Ensure smooth pharmacy operations including stock, cash, and staff management.
Maintain proper product display, expiry control, and customer service standards.
Lead and motivate branch staff to ensure performance and grooming standards.
Ensure compliance with DGDA and company policies.
Prepare and submit daily reports to Head Office.
