Responsibilities & Context:
A personal secretary is required for the Managing Director. Who is hard working and self motivated person. It is a Hospital. honest, confident, smart, young, professional and energetic employees.
Priority will be given to those living near the hospital.
Provide executive-level support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Manage and coordinate higher management protocols, schedules, and communications.
Prepare and maintain professional documentation, reports, and presentations.
Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage the MD’s protocol requirements with professionalism and precision.
Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and adapt to dynamic work situations.
To meet the MD or to observe the aspirants for any work and then grant permission to meet the MD .
Must have an interest in working in and outside the office.
Office time 10 Am
