Experience:
Manage and maintain the executive’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings
Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence; respond or forward as required
Prepare official letters, reports, presentations, and other documents
Organize and coordinate meetings; take minutes and follow up on action items
Arrange travel plans including flight booking, hotel reservation, and itineraries
Maintain confidential files, records, and important documents
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and administrative support
Handle incoming and outgoing documents and maintain proper filing systems
Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, and programs
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company and executive information
