∎ Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
∎ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
∎ Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity and discretion.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
∎ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and maintain the Managing Director’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
∎ Handle all correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
∎ Organize and oversee logistics for meetings, events, and business trips.
∎ Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
∎ Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required by the Managing Director.
∎ Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
∎ Assist in event planning, office coordination, and special projects.
∎ Monitor and follow up on action items assigned by the Managing Director.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned to support the executive office’s efficiency.
