Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ক্লাব সভাপতির দৈনন্দিন কাজকর্ম এবং রুটিনগুলি পরিচালনা এবং অনুসরণ করতে হবে।
∎ সময়সূচী এবং মিটিং সমন্বয়.
∎ সমস্ত অফিসের কাজ এবং মিটিংয়ের সময়সূচীর জন্য অনুস্মারক প্রদান করুন।
∎ প্রয়োজনীয় বিভিন্ন উপহার সামগ্রী ক্রয় করতে হবে।
∎ ক্লাব সভাপতির সাথে সম্পর্কিত সমস্ত কার্যক্রম তদারকি করা।
