About Adgo

Adgo is a performance marketing agency built around one idea: every dollar of media spend should be traceable to a business outcome. We work with automotive clients across North America, running paid search and paid social at scale. We use data heavily, we experiment constantly, and we move fast.

The role

We need a performance marketer who can run Google Ads and Meta Ads end-to-end, not just manage campaigns, but actually think about why they work.

This is a senior individual contributor role. You'll own the paid media function for a North American automotive client, managing over $2M in annual spend across platforms. You'll work directly with the North American client team.

Work Hours: 12 PM - 9 PM

Office Location: Sector 4, Uttara, Dhaka. (Hybrid)

What you'll own

  • Google Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Meta

  • Experiment roadmap: creatives, audiences, bidding, landing pages, offers

  • Conversion rate improvement from click-through to qualified lead

  • Ad messaging and positioning

  • Platform-specific strategy — what works on Search doesn't always work on Meta, and you'll know the difference

What we're looking for

  • 4–8 years of hands-on paid media experience managing large media spend

  • Proven Google Ads depth: Search, PMax, and ideally Demand Gen

  • Solid Meta Ads experience

  • You understand CPL, CAC, and what moves them

  • You've run structured experiments, not just changed one setting and hoped for the best

  • B2C funnel experience, you understand intent, messaging, and the gap between a click and a sale
