Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist Patients with enrolling in different healthcare programs, answer questions about benefits, and maintain relationships.
- Determine the type of care needed for the incoming Patient.
- Enroll Patient with categorize care Programs.
- Assign new patient with specialized doctors and therapist.
- Responsible for managing overall daily office operational works & maintenance.
- Patient follow-up calls and maintain daily shift closing reports.
- Must be capable to communicate with Local and Foreign Doctors / Specialist / Therapist in English independently and assist them.
