∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the work of nursing staff, support staff, and other healthcare.
∎ Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
∎ Provide orientation and ongoing training for new and existing staff.
∎ Evaluate staff performance and address any issues or concerns.
∎ Ensure that patients receive high-quality care and their needs are met promptly.
∎ Collaborate with medical staff to implement and monitor patient care plans.
∎ Ensure that medical supplies and equipment are stocked and in good working order.
∎ Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
∎ Monitor and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
∎ Prepare and submit reports on floor operations, incidents, and patient care outcomes.
∎ Conduct regular briefings with staff to discuss updates, changes, and important information.
∎ Respond to emergencies and unexpected situations efficiently and calmly.
∎ Ensure that emergency procedures are followed and staff are trained in emergency protocols.
∎ Maintain accurate records of incidents, staff attendance, and patient care activities.
∎ Collect and analyze feedback from patients and staff to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Implement and monitor changes aimed at enhancing the quality of care and operational efficiency.
∎ Provide support and guidance to staff to foster a collaborative and respectful work environment.
∎ Any other task assign by the authority
