∎ Perform and interpret laboratory tests, including histopathology, cytopathology, and molecular pathology.
∎ Analyze and diagnose diseases based on tissue samples, blood tests, and other specimens.
∎ Provide expert consultations to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
∎ Ensure the accuracy and reliability of diagnostic results.
∎ Participate in the development and implementation of new diagnostic techniques.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pathology best practices and advancements in the field.
∎ Supervise laboratory staff and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
