∎ Boli Online is an online English learning platform which provides 1-1 classes for children aged between 3-12 years from non-English speaking countries to develop their pronunciation into a skilled English-speaker via Zoom, Skype and other video apps. Our aim is to become every parent`s first choice for English speaking lessons for their child.
∎ Our objective is to develop English speaking skills with accurate pronunciation at an
∎ early age through interactive games and fun lessons.
∎ We are looking for enthusiastic & empathetic individuals who love teaching, nurturing
∎ and interacting with children of various nationalities and cultures at Boli Online.
∎ Part-time (required for fixed set of hours daily)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ - Organizing coursework and learning materials for non-english speakers with diverse
∎ activities and methods to teach English. Core focus has to be in developing the child's
∎ pronunciation and communication skill.
∎ Preparing lesson plan, daily routine, visual learning materials, activity worksheet, etc.
∎ Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate
∎ learning
∎ Preparing children's profile and development report
∎ Report child's progress to supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1 years of experience teaching children aged between 3-12 years old
∎ Excellent pronunciation and vocabulary (British or American accent)
∎ Must have internet connectivity at all times.
∎ Comfortable in front of camera
∎ Good understanding on online teaching software
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to interact with pupils of different nationalities
∎ Strong moral/ethical values and discipline
∎ Computer literacy is a must
Salary:
∎ Negotiable (starts at BDT 250/per hour-opportunity to earn upto BDT 6,000+ per week)
