Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/MA in English from reputed University
∎ British Council-certified English teaching courses (CELTA/TYLEC is preferred)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for enthusiastic & empathetic individuals who love teaching, nurturing and interacting with children of various nationalities and cultures at Boli Online.
∎ Employment Status: Full-time (One weekly off-day)
∎ Workplace - Work at office (Gulshan-2)
∎ Class Timing : Sunday - Friday (15:30-20:00) , Saturday (8:00-18:00)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organizing coursework and learning materials for non-english speakers with diverse activities and methods to teach english
∎ Manage and supervise small team of part-time teachers
∎ Preparing lesson plan, daily routine, visual learning materials, activity worksheet, etc.
∎ Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning
∎ Preparing children's profile and development report
∎ Plan and execute activities and events
∎ Schedule and supervise team of part-time teachers working from home

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ At least 2 years of experience teaching children aged between 3-11 years old
∎ Well-organized, committed and energetic.
∎ Leadership ability
∎ Well acquainted with online class software
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to interact with pupils of different nationalities
∎ Strong moral/ethical values and discipline
∎ Computer literacy is a must

Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
∎ BDT 35,000 (a set amount of teaching hours must ust be fulfilled)

∎ 2 yearly bonus
