Job Responsibilities:
∎ Teach online English classes to students at B1 to B2 levels.
∎ Prepare instructional aids and supplemental teaching materials and resources consistent with learning objectives and student needs.
∎ Deliver lessons using a variety of teaching techniques appropriate to the level and diverse needs of students.
∎ Develop students' verbal skills.
∎ Create a safe and flexible classroom environment.
∎ Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
∎ Engage in professional development activities to ensure continued professional growth and development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Education: Bachelor's degree in English teaching.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in English (C1-C2 level).
∎ Minimum of 5 years of overall experience in teaching English language.
∎ Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in teaching adults.
∎ Deep understanding of teaching methods, principles, and techniques.
∎ Up-to-date knowledge of the latest teaching techniques and topics in English instruction.
∎ Planning and organizational skills.
∎ Clear understanding of CEFR criterial features.
∎ Classroom management skills and a good understanding of group dynamics.
∎ Strong learning drive, even for seasoned veterans.
∎ Can-do attitude with a focus on results.
∎ Knowledge of technical and IT-related terminology.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
